The New Albert Ellis Web Site

An unfortunate situation has arisen at the Albert Ellis Institute which endangers both the welfare of Dr. Albert Ellis and the future of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). In short, the AEI is a public, non-profit agency, which is run by a Board of Directors or trustees. Dr. Ellis has been the President of the Board for many years.

Until recently, Dr. Ellis endorsed the web site of the Institute. But recent changes at the Institute, and to the AEI's web site, have forced Dr. Ellis to establish this new web site for the promotion of REBT.
