This popular workshop, offers a unique opportunity to see Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in action through lively problem-solving sessions with audience volunteers.
Difficulties addressed may range from family, work, or relationship difficulties through coping with frustration or anxiety. Anyone in the audience is then welcome to join in a discussion of the problems presented by the volunteers. All discussions are live and current, and are guaranteed to be stimulating as well as educational.

To get to the Workshop:
BY SUBWAY: The American Federation of the Arts is located on 65th Street between Madison and Park Avenues. Take the IRT #6 to 68th St. and Lexington Ave., then walk 3 blocks south to 65th St. and one block west (past Park Ave.). OR take any of the trains (# 4, 5, 6, N, R) that stop at the 59th St. and Lexington Ave. stop; then walk 2 blocks north and 1 block west (past Park Ave.).
BY BUS: Buses on Third Avenue, Lexington, Madison and Fifth Avenue stop at 65th Street. From Penn Station, take the M4; from the Upper West Side, take M66.
BY CAR: Very limited one hour metered parking nearby. Garage parking available at moderate cost on 65th St. between 2nd and 3rd Ave.
